Usually have what  you need, alot of stock seems to be damaged lately. Could use more staff or more cross training throughout departments. The floor employees seem to the best they can. Anyone can appreciate that

Medicine cabinet I selected was out of stock. The display was unavailable for sale.. The similar product of lesser quality was also out of stock. The 3rd product much smaller and the same price was available but the price couldn't  be adjusted.. this was an odd day,, I shop very often at Lowe's and usuAlly have a better experience...I find the Wilkes Barre store better stocked and better run, Much easier access from hiways

Get most of my building supplies and tools from here...good survive..but a friend has nothing but trouble with the trailer ne bought

Ordered online 9 am order still was not ready when I arrived at 7 pm. I was given a medicine cabinet with no box or hardware and was told it was the only one. After I insisted they check an hour passed before I was finally given the one I ordered in a box. They did not have the faucet I ordered and have me not white but black tile in the wrong amount. So frustrating! I will never order online from Lowes again and will have to in and find the goods myself. The customer service worker was also incredibly rude.
