The people in here are useless. They know nothing. We went in to ask about programmable timers to turn the lights in out home on and off while we are away. They guy looked on the shelf and said "oh, Indon't see anything that is programmable" and that was that. No help in letting us know what we should buy to meet our needs or how these timers are installed or how they work. Just, oh, we don't have it. Meanwhile there are signs all over the store saying as us we can help with whatever you need. No. No you cannot.

Absolutely terrible shopping experience here. I came in for a shower head with a filter in it. I wander around aimlessly not knowing where it was, and was ignored by 4 store associates each time I tried to ask for help. There was no mistake they all saw and heard me, they just didnt care. I was so frustrated by the end of it I almost cried. I'll travel to the next towns over if I ever need anything for home improvement again...

I'm grateful that it is here and is well stocked. Other than that, the service has gone way downhill. There seems to be nothing in the flooring and appliance departments other than the sound of crickets, and the echo of my "Hello. Is anybody here?"

Horrible service I shouldn't have even went there. I will never go back except to get my money back. The rep that was helping me was cursing and tossing stuff around very unprofessional, just an ass. Lowes is not for me.

Bought a dryer, it never came. There is supposed to be a 24 hour delivery garentee, but the garentee is just advertising and doesn't actually garentee anything. 3 days later we went and talked to a woman named Carol, and she was so terribly mean and down right hurtful... implying I couldn't afford a more expensive dryer (which had NOTHING to do with the the dryer I paid for in full not showing up). Got a manager and he was able to tell me the dryer I had ordered wasn't in stock, but by that point we were so disappointed it didn't matter... won't be back.
