Management at this store obviously stresses being friendly. No complaint there. However, they may want to manage procedures more. Wife and I ordered flooring and supplies online for store pickup. We received a call at 8:00am the next day that our order was ready to pick up. Long story short; I made it to the store at 5:15pm that day, and was able to leave just over an hour later. I can only imagine how long it would have been if they were busy at all.

Drove to Lowes for a snow shovel. Website says they're in stock, isle 11a... ...there's no isle 11a. No snow shovels. 2 employees did their best not to help find one. Went to Home Depot.

I buy a lot at lowes all over Washington. On 9/11/2017 around 730 pm I walked in there lumber yard and there was 3 guys smoking weed and one of the guys was on the fork lift. After looking at lumber. Need some help getting lumber. I walked up to the kids needing help getting 30 4×4 by 12 they told me they didn't have any. When I was just looking at them. Yeah I just walked out.

I order my flooring in early June, still do not have it. Sales man did NOT know what he was doing! I will never ever go for there flooring again. At this time going to cancel my order ( it is already payed for!) and looking for other floor stores.... bad, bad experience 😡
