Went there last week with my roommate, after some major underestimating and a bit of misunderstanding for a project of ours, everything was clarified and laid out for us for our future expectations. The guy who helped us was THE best. I wish I got his name so the store could recognize him but it was a hectic day. Haha.

Worst customer service!!! They saw females and didnt want to help. The guy appliance sent us to a different part of the store to look for a thermal fuse for our dryer. Someone ekse sent us back to appliances do we can order it. The same guy who sent us too the other part literally sit there and looked at us and never came to help. I will never go back there, i rather drive farther for better service

No help from staff with large items. Cashier could not figure out the price of something, how to put My Lowes card in and to do an invoice. Very stressfu trip to Lowes. This has been one of many that have been stressful and frustrating.

Most of the Staff was helpful and friendly! My husband had a migraine and was searching for headache medicine before searching for the items we needed and one of the staff informed him they did not carry headache medicine but that they should 😉 she offered him some ibuprofen she had personally and he was extremely grateful! She went above and beyond! Upon checkout however, the lady(a diff lady than before) was training someone and a few things had worn upc labels and so they were looking up and trying to verify correct part with correct price, which is fine but....she was charging for wrong copper parts and there are big differences in pricing with copper! When he tried to point it out he was ignored several times and then when they did FINALLY pay him attention and he pointed to correct part she scrolled through rest of the page and said, where, I don't see it. It eventually got worked out but geesh... the difference in the bill was significant! It was 70 something then went down to 30 something, huge difference!!! It is overall a good store but need to remind employees not to ignore the customers and make sure your charging them the correct price!!

The south Emerson Lowe's has always been a very helpful place to aquire any residential building materials at a competitive price to quality rasio. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable in thier department as assigned to each associate. Always a great experience 😊
