Plenty of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the cashiers though don't seem to care about anything and just want to move on and go home. Usually good experience though.

I know this is a big box store though this is a friendly helpful place. I had good interactions with employees today. The first was with a new employee who listened to me discribe an item as a"thingy" for my cabinet repair. Though she was new and still getting familiar with the store she found what I needed. The second was at check out. An item I was purchasing was not ringing up. Customer service was prompt, polite and solved the problem with a smile. Really can't ask for more.

I really appreciate the help that both Mike (the Store Manager) and Cory, in Appliances gave me on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. My wife and I live in Muncie and needed a new washer delivered & set up at our daughter's apartment in Lebanon. These two not only helped me accomplish this unusual over-the-phone purchase, but even gave me my "Military Discount" on top of the Sale Price, which in-turn, allowed me to cover the Washer with their 5-year Extended Warranty... It really makes things both easy and convenient when you can find, and have folks like this ready, willing and available to assist you when you need it most! I want to Thank Both of these gentlemen for their assistance and their outstanding attitudes in helping me out! This is exactly the type of "Customer-Care" that has, and always will, keep this Pleased Customer returning...
