This store is the closest local store to our community. It is centrally located making it easy to shop this merchant. The staff tries to be congenial & helpful. My family is happy with our shopping experience. The prices are competitive & fair. And the return policy is reasonable.

At about 4:30 my husband and I went in to purchase carpet. 12 by 12 ft. It was a 20 minute wait for customer service then I proceeded to show them the carpet we wanted from the samples. Al (sales person) cut the wrong carpet. I began to question because the colors where not correct nor was it the right grade of carpet. There was no upc to scan to even figure out the price. You could clearly see this was not the carpet nor was it the correct price since there was no upc. By this time we now have 3 sales associates trying to figure out what the problem is. Come to find out they had the sample on the floorbut not the product. It was a new product that had yet to be brought out from the warehouse. We request that they go get it and cut the required amount. After almost 45 Mins of more waiting for them to get it from the warehouse they come back out. We have now been in the store for about 2 and a half hours. Ridiculous!!!! I ask the lady Kim (sales person) if they could go ahead and cut the carpet and we pay and pick it up tomorrow evening. She said that would be fine. After a 3 HR visit that was completely unnecessary we check out. Husband goes in today to get the carpet and they say it has already been picked up.... no, no, no!! It is right there in the back by the carpet with our name in it!!! Another mess another hour wasted. Completely disgusted with the situation as a whole. This is the normal Lowe's that we use because it is close to our home. However no due to this completely ridiculous experience we will be looking toward traveling farther of the store manager does not solve this to my satisfaction!!

It's extremely hard finding someone to help. There was no one in the flooring department to help pick up heavy wall tiles. (I'm a very pregnant 8.5 months along). And when I asked for help the two ladies at the register seemed irritated that I couldn't get the materials myself.I then stood there for 20+ minutes waiting on someone to grab the tiles for me. While I was standing at the register eaiting...an older lady walked right out with merchandise. Had either of those two ladies been polite and helpful I would have given them a heads up. O well

They are either completely incompetent, or simply do not care. I have been struggling to get ANYTHING done with this place for the last month. I needed a shower door installed, and bought one by ordering it through them, and they said they needed to "Send a detail team" to measure before they installed it (Kind of pointless if the door is already ordered, but whatever). The DT was meant to show up on a wednesday at noon. They never showed. At 12:15, I called, to find out that the scheduler had mis-scheduled it for 3-4, when I would be at work. Cue the empty apology, and a promise to get a call from him to reschedule. Not only did he not call, he showed up anyways at 4:30. I only know this because they got mad at me for not being there. Thursday, they assure me he will call after he gets back to the store. Friday, same deal. On friday though, I demanded to speak to a supervisor, since I was getting the run around, having been instructed to call a number that has nothing to do with the process, and getting no satisfaction. I had already finished the job with a separate plumber at this point, and they still wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. This AFTER I told them the job was already done. Not to mention the fact that as they carried the phone around to find a supervisor, they didn't mute their end. So I was treated to a near endless barrage of vulgarity directed at me, calling me every name in the book, and getting to hear multiple team members say that it wasn't their problem, and that they should simply hang up, since a pain like me was likely to go away if they did. I will never make the mistake of shopping here again.

Horrible. Missing parts that you may need in every department. And I'm not saying things like they didn't order it, I'm saying the packages are open and they've just been stolen. It's been like that for days they have not tried to clean it up, they've not tried to rectify it and no one there is helpful. Asked staff for help to be given BS answers. I asked if there was a kit to repair vinyl flooring, the staff member told me there's no way to repair it. Five minutes at Home Depot or Menards and I had a universal floor repair kit. They had a sign hanging up with your entryway door saying that they received a customer service award for the third quarter of 2017... that is a joke. Just don't go there. Find another Lowes. If it's too far away then find a competitor. They are not getting my money. They received two stars because at least the lady at the return desk was nice and had a clue how to do her job.
