Jeff in the Home Improvement Dept. was so helpful. We are just in the beginning stages of deciding what we want to do to our kitchen. He gave design tips for longevity and cost savings ideas we may want to consider. There was absolutely no pressure,he gave his undivided attention and completed our first layout. Most of all, he was honest and sincere. Thank you Jeff!

Some good prices. High mark-up on others (screws nails etc). Reasonable lumber selection, but you need to sift through the stacks to get quality and consistency. Plumbing fitting bins are a mess given the mark-up on the items. Take the time to keep it organized. It's on you. You charge enough to cover the labor.

Went to get a 4x8 sheet of plywood. Needed 1 cut. Had wood cutting help paged 3 times over a 25 minute period and no one showed up. Went to customer service desk and had the manager called to the desk. I told him about my expirience and he offered to cut it right then. I Ieft and went to the competition.

Girls in the greenhouse snotty and would not acknowledge you. Guys in lumber same way. Too worried about their personal discussion than greeting and helping customers
