Awesome Black Friday experience! Got all the 99 cent poinsettias I needed and all the extras I didn't know I needed. Spent $500 more than I planned, but it was well worth it! Lowe's sale prep was well organized, sales staff was abundant and very helpful which made for a congenial crowd. Who needs Home Depot? In fact, people in line said they left HD because of the crowded chaos. Lowe's has better stuff at the same low prices and its a much better shopping experience!

I bought a brand new washer and dryer here a little over a year ago. The washer broke this summer and was over 300 bucks to fix it. And it just broke again and it's over 500 to fix it. The washer cost 600 new. This was a whirlpool washer. I've been very nice calling asking them to make it right and all they would offer is a 10% discount for another $600 soon to be paperweight. Be careful of this place. I will be there soon to ask one more time for them to make this right. If they don't, I will make sure they lose $10,000 in sales of potential customers. Lows this is your last warning to contact me and offer a legitimate resolution. Anyone that knows me can ensure you that I will make sure you suffer more than I have. Your move.

We were looking for some Chrismas lights to mix in with what we already had. I saw some online but we needed some help to find them among all the other lights. The sales associate was so helpful, we got our lights and were on our way quickly. Thanks, Lowe's!

We were looking for a sync and hardware for that sank as well as shower hardware. There were 3 workers moving some boxes and talking. I said excuse me several times But they continue talking and ignored me. Then I found another lady who does not work in that area but called for me. The person was supposed to come right over but it took him 15 minutes to get there. So we left. Lows sucks.

Bad Bad Bad service from the Covina and the San Dimas store. I'm was looking for a refrigerator and no one could help. One store tells me that the other store has it so I drive there and guess what. They don't have it. They told me that the employee's don't update the system. I guess the web developer for their website doesn't update it either. Bad service.
