Nobody around to ask for help. Once you find someone, they have no idea about anything there and unable to answer any questions. Add rudeness and unwillingness to ask if a customer needs help as well. There's a reason the Menards next door does so much better. Actually helpful and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time.

Worse customer service experience ever. Online ordering and delivery awful. LOWES will not work with you to arrange delivery times. The operator for Michigan City, Indiana Lowes highly unprofessional, treated disrespectful, and called me a liar. No one asked my name or asked my information for delivery purposes. I had to call several times before one lady in the delivery department ask my information and helped out. Big thanks to her for doing a fine job. Definitely going to stick to Home Depot and Menards on my next big purchases... Should have paid the extra $500 for a lawn tractor at Home Depot.

Use the Menards next door, yes you'll pay for delivery but you'll at least have control over the time and day it's going to arrive. Free delivery sounds great, until you actually have something that needs to be delivered and they schedule it the night before between 7-9pm, so you have no control over what timeslot it's actually going to arrive for the day in their 2 hour time slot. Not to mention if they give the timeslot and it doesn't work they won't change the slot just the day and you get to start the whole process over playing hot potato as to what day will actually work for you, just prolonging the time to get the items you paid for. #neveragain
