Called Store five times for appliances where nobody answered and kept getting transfered back to customer service. Even lady in CS who was polite, couldnt believe with the number of times i called, how nobody was answering in that department. However she also transfered me to manager who also failed to answer the call. Terrible customer service! Answer your phones and train your employees how to multitask. Headed to Home Depot where i will get their card and give them my business.

This Lowe's is in a fairly convenient location. The store is clean and they often have better prices than other stores. I wish they had a better set up on displays such as the model kitchen and cabinet section. The staff is usually very helpful and polite. It would also be nice if they offered some relavent workshops. I hate the new speed bumps in the parking lot, way too large.

DO NOT order things online and expect your order to be ready when you go to pick it up, as they claim. we waited for 20+ minutes as the customer service rep sent a very slow man to get our roll of wire fence that i ordered. she had to tell him where in the store it was located! new guy? later, we were told to pull up to the garden center and they would load it into my van. we go to the garden center and guess what? the slow man has vanished! but our fence is there and the clerk wants to see a receipt. well, they didn't give me one (paid for it online), so i told her to call customer service because we were just there! finally, i got my roll of fence and loaded it into the van BY MYSELF. thanks for disappearing, slow man. i'm a bit baffled that he could vanish so quickly... basically, in the time we waited for our order that SHOULD HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR US, we could have gone back there ourselves and purchased the dang fence and been out of there in 10 minutes or less. DON'T ORDER ONLINE! oh, i did this once before at the Greenwood, SC Lowes (ordered online & picked up in store) and it went quickly and effortlessly. so maybe the North Augusta Lowes management should be sent to Greenwood to see how it's done.

I Love this place!! I could spend all day here. Prices are competitive, large variety of merchandise, in the staff is always friendly and helpful. Hope to see you there soon.
