My air conditioner was not working and I called Lowery. They sent out a gentleman named Patrick Castro. He was so polite . He checked everything out and fixed my problem with out breaking the bank. I believe he went above and beyond his job. I would recommend Lowery plumbing to all my friends. And of course I would ask for Patrick to be my technician !!!

We have used Lowery’s for several years with their Heating & Air services as well as plumbing issues..We highly recommend them. Yesterday we had our 4 heating & air units serviced by Patrick, an employee of Lowery’s, and were very pleased with his work.. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Doris Swinburn

the new system they sold and installed for us has turned into a Trane wreck. Third day in less than a week that they have been out to attempt to fix a short cycling heat pump system. Of course it’s several hours out of our day each time + stress of having to deal with people in and out. We have other things to do besides babysit technicians that can’t seem to fix this unit or show up when they promise. They should have replaced it by now if they can not fix it. Would love to talk to the owner to resolve this but apparently he’s invisible. Meanwhile, the marathon repair is in its third day. Thinking it’s time for a lawsuit. Apparently the wrong valve was installed so this whole thing is on them!

Lowery will be my primary Air Conditioning business for all of my air conditioning needs! Jan Viljoen came to assess my home air conditioner which stopped blowing cool air. He came late in the evening and was very friendly and honest about cost and the types of problems that may have happened to my AC. The next day he showed up prompt and early waiting for me at my drive way at the agreed upon appointment. Jan was helpful in educating me on my air conditioning options. I highly recommend Jan Viljoen and Lowery Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for such honest thorough and professional work!

Our 20 year old unit kept freezing up and needed repair. After consulting with the service tech we decided that it was time for a new system. Sales rep came out to our house while the service tech fixed our existing system to get us by until the new one could be installed. I had already gotten a quote from another company to replace everything and Lowery's beat their price and gave us better equipment. The installation guys were able to come the very next day and were very professional and hard working. This was a great experience and excellent customer service. Other companies said it would take a week to even service our old system, but Lowery's had our old system "repaired" to get us by and the entire new system installed in less than 24 hours.
