there were only 2 girls at the desk and 1 person in the waiting room. One of the girls was applying for financial aid on her work computer while playing with her phone hidden in the drawer. the red headed girl acted like she did not want to bother with me. I wanted to leave Dr.Turners muse a note about my new insurance phone and address they had called me about 3 times. She asked me 3 times for my name and 3 times for my birthday. It I'd getting past ridiculous.

5 hours and still waiting. Called before I came and asked about getting an appointment. Was told I needed to walk in. Got here everyone going in before me even if I got here before them. Was told "they have appointments". ??????
