We rented bikes last week from this company and were very impressed with their customer service. In addition to offering us a coupon unasked, they came out to exchange bikes for us when I ordered the incorrect size. They were quick to respond, professional, helpful and considerate.

We rent items from LowSea Rentals several times a year to keep from having to pack extra stuff when we head to the beach. The service is always OUTSTANDING!! Each time, we have placed our order online and the items are waiting for us when we arrive. The bikes are always in great shape. The baby items we get through LowSea Rentals (crib, highchair, stroller) have always been in impeccable shape. The crib was so clean that I didn't feel I needed to even wipe it down and was set up and waiting for us when we arrived. It's evident that they take pride in what they do by the level of service and cleanliness of each item they rent. We won't rent from anyone else! LowSea is absolutely the best on the Island!

We have been renting from LowSea Bike Rentals for years now and have always had great experiences. We recently rented bikes, highchair, BOB double strollers and once again received items in excellent (might have even been new) condition. It is definitely reassuring to know after a 12 hour drive with kids to HHI that when we arrive everything we need is there in great condition hassle free. Best on the island, thanks again for helping make it a great vacation!

I live on Hilton Head Island and the past two times my family visited I rented bikes for them through this company. I can't say enough good things! Not only is everyone you speak with on the phone friendly, but the delivery and pickup process is so easy-you don't even need to be there! On top of that their prices are competitive with other rental companies on the island. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who visits for their bike, beach or baby's needs.

We rented bikes from here for our week stay on the island. My son's bike chain kept comming off so I called and requested a replacement. They said they would have us a replacement within the hour. The next day a replacement was still not provided! Frustrated and defeated, my husband put the chain back on for our bike ride, and while we were riding the chain fell off again and my son was almost hit by a car because he was unable to break in time due to the brakes being connected to the mechanics of the chain. Very terrible company that if injuries were sustained will be sued before they can blink.
