Food has always been great, have never had a problem until today.. customer service was terrible. The girls working there were all rude and allowed 3 customers to walk by me and order. When I asked if I could order they looked surprised, then I was greeted with a rude look and had my change was dropped in my hand.. while I waited for my food they would not stop giving me rude looks..

Good bagels, the shop is neat clean and tidy.  I've been going there for years. I can't say the counter staff is the friendliest, which is fine with me. Sell me your product at a fair price and I'll be on my way, thank you very much. What I find disturbing is they are mostly high school age girls who don't appear to be very happy. My conclusion is one of two things is going on, the work environment isn't so good or one of the requirements for employment, is you have an edge to your personality. Edge is a replacement word. Other than that I like the place.

Best fresh made bagels in upstate NY.  Very reasonable prices and fast service.  Casual atmosphere, nothing fancy but that's what I like.

Lots of delights, well run, good prices...worth a visit. Personally, bagels are too gooey for me. I prefer a lighter dough.

The best breakfast spot in town ,awesome food and nice people . Lots of bagles and cream cheese to choose from . Great breakfast sandwiches
