I rode for years, off and on, without ever getting my bike fit to me. When I met Nate, we talked several times about the benefits but I completely underestimated how dramatic they would be. I quit running because of knee problems and even on the bike they still bothered me a bit. So did my hands. After Nate tweaked almost every adjustment on my bike and even on my shoes, my pain is gone. I ride with more power and significantly more comfortable. I cannot recommend Nate strongly enough.

Without the fitting & coaching I received from Nate, I'm certain I wouldn't have had the success (or comfort!) I had with racing triathlons at those distances.  Each race I saw improvement in my bike splits and it spilled over to improved race times (not to mention better run splits!)
Whether it's your first bike & race or you've got decades of pedal time in your legs, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nate to anyone looking for fit, comfort or fitness programs.  He's the best.
