Called LRF Maintenance after seeing their reviews here, I spoke to Larry & asked if maybe there would be an opening in the near future to estimate & install a new gas line in my home for a gas range.  He was able to come look & estimate the same day!  My husband and I were so pleased with his timeliness that we also asked if they could install 2 more breakers and 3 outlets in our basement as well.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and consideration of Larry, Ross, and Jason when they came the next day to get the job done!  I Will be having them back to install the new range once it arrives!  Thanks again Larry & team!

I noticed our air conditioner stopped working around 4:00 one Friday afternoon.  I called and the repairman said he would be out in a little over an hour (they close at 5:00 pm).  As promised he came and had it up and running by 5:30 pm and did not even charge me extra for working after hours!  And, he was SO kind.  This is an honest, caring, and know what they're doing business.

LRF Maintenance did an outstanding job on the installation of my new gas furnace and air conditioner. When Larry came to my home, he was very attentive to what I was looking for and answered all of my questions in a very informative way. 

The install team was very professional and took a lot of time to explain what they were doing and asking me for my input on a few things. I needed my water heater moved to make room for an expanded return air duct, and when I looked at the way they ran all of the plumbing, I was blown away by how nice it looked. They really exceeded my expectations on the installation layout they used.  You could tell they took great pride in the quality of their work.

I'm very satisfied with the American Standard equipment and how much quieter it is than my previous system. I'm very glad I selected LRF Maintenance to do this work.

I called LRF because the pilot light on our water heater would not stay lit.  When I called, Larry was very informative and explained the diagnostic process and actually sent someone out within an hour to look at it.  The technician discovered a leak and advised that we would need to replace the water heater; it was still under warranty and he worked with the vendor to swap ours out for a new one.  The install was smooth and the technician reviewed his work with me after he was finished.  The experience was awesome and I would highly recommend them!

I finally decided it was time to replace the Heating/AC unit that Larry and his crew have been maintaining for years. Very affordable and the crew did an outstanding job on the install. Awesome work!!!
