I've known the owner for years. Always thought highly of him until he sold me a lemon with a softball sized hole in the frame that prevented me from getting the vehicle inspected. He refused to work with me and sued me for more than the remaining balance. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a vehicle, or even a bag of ice from this whole in the wall "dealership"

Lts is beyond amazing they're great people to work with! I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else! I've had 2 cars through them, the first I unfortunately wrecked, but they went above and beyond to help me get into another car so I wasn't car less and depending on rides, I've even lost my keys at Walmart and they've come with their copy of my key!! They don't have to do that but they're extremely nice!! Tammy amd Tracy are amazing and I wish I could give them more than a 5 star!!!

I have a car with a lean on it from LT's, and asked to have the sales manager Rodney Tanner call me back when he wasn't busy. He never called and I never went down to pay. I thought I was going to just buy the car out with an insurance check but ended up needing new stabilizing bars, alignment ...etc. I carried the default letter around planning on stopping in, but not doing it. On a Monday when I was working a split shift, I took a nap and woke up to no car. I have a condition with pain in my joints and muscle and I need my BackJoy to sit on. I called LT's and asked what next because I really didn't know. Then I had a friend give me a ride down. I was hurting the whole ride there. I walked up the horribly inaccessible entrance and Tammy watched as I struggled to open the door. I got it open and it swung wide and tore at my shoulder, then hurt to close too. Everyone was business as usual until I proceeded to try and pay with a check and was told that's not something I could do. My ride had already left, and my cell broke the day before literally. Tammy told me that I could go walk the five blocks (which is double when your walking, BTW), but I couldn't use the phone. I looked at her, and I couldn't believe it. I had been talking about pain, not being able to sit down, and generally how hard things were, for almost a year now. I straight actually said the word disability in association to myself which I try never to do and, she actually laughed. Twice! First as a solo then she looked over to Rodney standing in the doorway, and they laughed together! Imagine movement hurts you and your going back to work later that day, but you have to pick your daughter up from school first. Yeah, but I didn't go crazy, I just refused to go anywhere. Tammy said it's "not her fault" my phone had just broke and my friend left. I said that I should have been told I needed cash, it's not like this had ever happend before. She told me I couldn't use the phone. I said that if she refused to let me use the phone then call the police because I knew they were violating my rights. She acted like I was being stupid and made no sense. Tracy Green was down in his office so I walked by Tammy, as she now told me I couldn't walk, Rodney came. I asked Tracy to talk to me as I proceeded to fill Tracy in on what happend. Tracy had me use the phone in the upstairs office although there was a better door and a phone on his desk. That might not seem like a big deal to you but the amount of pain I was feeling by that point was overwhelming. When I asked why, Rodney chimed in "we just don't use that door." Then I got to use the phone, finally. My ride was going to come right away and that would be another ten minutes. I have constant pain and muscle fatigue, but I asked for my BackJoy and Rodney said no because my car was "all locked up." At first I had wanted it to sit down right then, but the world shrank like a bag over my face as I realized the implication. I looked at him and told him that I need that. I use that in the car all the time and the ride down was so bad. Imagine both your knees are feeling double extended and your feet are stabbing while your being forced to stand and take this treatment. Then I was supposed to just not use a piece of medical equipment that I need, just because. Imagine that.. I told Rodney I would get them in trouble for discrimination. I couldn't be treated this way, and he laughed it off. Tracy came upstairs to ask what was going on, then just said simply to "go get it" to Rodney and made me leave the office "just in case something happend" and, "for my own protection too." It was a bad day. After they had cash in hand, Rodney went to go get the car and Tammy stood with her coat on and purse on the desk staring at the TV. I made a comment about what was on and see kept her eyes ahead. They had already charged me for this experience. Rodney pulled up and scraped the curb, came inside and shut the door. SMH Thank you, I'll let myself out.
