I would leave zero stars if I could. Most of the people working the phones have a bad attitude and are rude! I dread calling. They don't tell you anything. Everything takes months to process. Constantly being told to call back in 4-6 wks to then be told to call back in 4-6 wks. Told to use CS website, but when asking questions via portal, nothing gets answered. I asked if CS received my ex's new job info, the response I received 24 hrs later was, "check your card." Seriously? Everyone I talk to has the same issues. My ex says he has money taken out of his checks months before I receive any pymt. Where is this supposed money going bc I don't see it?!? I never get back CS from his income taxes or extra money. He owes THOUSANDS!! I wish I had a gov't job where it is acceptable to be rude, disconnect clients, lie, AND receive a paycheck and benefits. CS receives pymt for treating me like a criminal!

There was not a wait on the phone, however the woman who I was speaking to was very rude and abrupt. When I mentioned this, her tone immediately changed and became pleasant and helpful.

Horrible service hung up on me because I asked to speak to someone else because of ladies attitude..all I'm trying to do is their job and keep from going to jail bc you haven't pulled money from my check for my daughter..wow..lets try this call again..

Rude lazy and stupid. I was told call back at end of month called and job still not done. Only way they really work your case is if your a welfare recipient. If not my as well say forget about it! Sad! And waste of time foreal.
