I loved the professionalism of Jeremy Ficcaglia.  What a GREAT way to buy a car.  Jeremy discusses your needs and learns about the models or type of vehicle that you're interested in, then does his homework to find the best matches and then BRINGS THEM TO YOU.  You don't have to step foot in a dealership!  Highly enjoyable experience.

Awesome buying experience! Joe was amazing. He stayed past closing for my fiancé. Great customer service! I walked in to get the new car detailed, Joe was waiting for me. Everyone was very polite and they all stopped to smile and say hi and have a bit of small talk. Will definitely be coming back here for any future car purchases.

They were ready for me when I arrived, they got on the job right away and had me done quickly.  They still contended I needed a wheel alignment which is fine but their pricing was too high.  I had it done elsewhere and saved $50.00.  No low pressure lights this time.  Good job.

This the third truck I purchased from Lucas Ford. From my first truck to my third truck my salesman has made my experiences with Lucas Ford the best out all my car buying experiences. I literally have leased all my vehicles through phone and text without haggling or spending a ridiculous amount of time in the dealer. My salesman knew what I wanted (I.e my needs payment, little to no money down and The particular options I wanted). I will continue to give this dealership my business. It has been unlike any other car buying experience I have ever had. No one wants to spend there time in a dealer fighting for an affordable price/payment and playing the high/low game with shifty salesman. This dealership is totally opposite from that stigma that surround the car sales industry.  Give Lucas Ford your Business; Edward Jacks my salesman is an asset to this great dealership and will continue to receive my businesses.

My car is now running like it came off the showroom floor.  The work was extensive and expensive, but it was worth every dime!  I'm very satisfied.  The service is always professional and the technician explained everything that needed to be done.  Great experience!!!  Linda Burkett
