Story

Derrel Luce has extensive experience in cases involving serious injuries, vehicle accidents, products liability, and other acts of negligence.

Derrel has been practicing personal injury law at my own law practice since 1981, and has a record of success in difficult and challenging cases, including several published cases. Derrel is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Brandon Luce has recently joined the firm to do criminal defense work. Brandon is a former felony division chief for McLennan County District Attorney's office (Jan 2011 to Mar 2016). He also previously worked in the Dallas County District Attorney's office from Nov. 2006 through Jan. 2011. Brandon is confident that his previous work prosecuting will be an asset to his clients.

My husband was involved in a fatality accident and Brandon was suggested to represent him although it was just an accident which was finally concluded after the system put us through a very difficult time mentally and financially for nine months.  Brandon was always very professional and always responded to any of my needs very quickly.  Although our communication was always done by telephone I felt quite confident in Brandon's ability to handle what needed to be done and in the end the case was disposed of.   My family thanks Brandon and his firm for their support throughout this most difficult time.
