This review is for their Online site.  Placed an order over the phone to make sure the size and style was available.  Order arrived, and the shoes that the company shipped were worn.  There was a glue from a heal cushion inside the shoe.  When I asked for a refund, the customer service associate was very rude and kept on asking to just return the shoes.  This is the first and last time that I will do business with this company.
