Clean and neat.  It's in the mall and trust me, there's nothing else in that mall (sad for the Capitol city) so there's plenty of parking.  Plenty of machines also-asked they have a while casino of just quarter machines and another casino full of the multi coin machines.  They carry the higher paying machines, which is nice! Great people, free snacks, soda and beer/wine when gambling.

The floor service there is excellent but the new manager hmmmm not much kind words to say about her.  If you would like to gamble in that casino and know that confidentiality is not an issue do not go there!!!  I can guarantee your family, friends and anyone who will listen to her will  know you gamble how much you spend and any other business she can get them to listen to about you!!!!   I have a friend now who is dealing with some serious issues right now because that manager took it upon herself to call my friends home phone and when told my friend was not there she continued to talk and say well you tell so and so that the manager of Lucky lils in the mall called and blah blah blah, oh yes and that was the beginning of my poor friends whole 10 year relationship being pulled out from under her cause had that manager kept the confidentiality that Town Pump claims to have for their customers my friend would not be going through all that she is going through emotionally, financially or anything else!!!
