Idk what was wrong with my tech, David. Extremely rough while doing my acrylic tips and I was praying I would have a different tech for my mani but of course it was him. Burned multiple times with the tools even after I told him to stop using them. He just kept digging into my toes and just looked at me with a blank look. I've never had such a bad tech. He kept raising his hand like he was going to hit me! Who massages with lotion then puts your feet back in the water that defeats the entire purpose. Now I have to look for a different place.

I've been going here several years for my manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. They a nice team of workers, always respectful and they DO a great job.

Awful experience for the last time. They always make you sit around and wait even when you have an appointment. I waited with my feet soaking for a pedicure for almost 30 mins the water got cold and I watched other people get full pedicures in this time. Never again!
