Awesome experience. I was gifted a massage and
pedicure for my friend birthday party and luckily I was
found to Lucky Nails & Spa .
Everything is organic and all natural and the jewelry
they sell is all handmade- which I personally love!
Keep it local!! I got an hour full body massage from
the young guy. It was the best massage I have ever
gotten. He was extremely interested in what I do on a
daily basis to focus on what areas are the most tense.
After leaving, I felt relaxed. He was also extremely
nice and personable- never once did I feel
uncomfortable. I then moved to the dry pedicure from
another nail techs, this was my first dry pedicure. I'm
very ticklish with my feet but not once did she make
me jerk my foot back. She gave my great information
about facials because I had a really bad experience a
few years back.
Overall, GREAT EXPERIENCE! Absolutely adore this

Horrible!!! It has gone way down hill since the previous owners left! Won't be back. The staff is rude and act like they can't speak English! 
Used to be one of the best in Chattanooga but not anymore. Also, it's nasty and dirty! I literally saw the owner gnawing on a corn cob slobbering on it and never washed her hands before working on another customer..... don't go here!

This place use to be AMAZING! I started seeing new faces, which is a good thing. But lately when I go in they always tell me "she/he off today". The atmosphere is completely different, no one speaks English and my nail polish flaked off the very next day, and I'm not saying chipped. The sad part is that I called a number of times (5xs) the following day and had gotten no response.  I decided to walk in and I explained the situation and they wanted to charge me $10 to fix what should've been done right the first time.  I'll NEVER go back again.

This business used to be good until An and Tony left. The new owners don't know how to run this place it's so dirty. They have junk laying around. My nails chipped off after only 2 days of having them. The owners tells everyone that the old owners moved to Alabama, but I go to school with the previous owner's son and he's still here. I will not be coming back.

They do the best job for solar nails in Chattanooga! I get compliments on my nails all the time. I have recommended them to my friends and they are never disappointed.
