First time I have been here. Great husband and wife team.  Got a pedicure.  Great job, with friendly and professional service. I'll definitely be back.

Answered the phone not stating if it was in fact the salon or not, when we asked the woman on the phone got very snappy as though I was an idiot for asking. Then attempted to make an appointment and was told they couldn't make an appointment, I asked if that was just for today or in general and she said WE ARE BOOKED TODAY MAAM. Extremely rude, would not attempt to go here again.

Excellent service, nice people, creative designs.  I got exactly what I was looking for, they were able to see me at the end of the day no problem.  Best in Palm Desert!

Came in from orange county went down there, it was like they couldn't get us out of the place fast enough. Horrible job, horrible service, I don't want to mince words and I hope I'm sugar coating this but let me just reiterate it was horrible.
