Service at this location is absolutely horrid. Food service was horrible and everything wasn't brought out as ordered. Sliders for one plate were extremely well done and we asked for medium. Manager that was dressed in slacks, tie, and sneakers, comped our guacamole for the issues. Gee, thanks pal...you really shouldn't have. After dinner, be prepared to not be served at all if playing pool or any of the games, waiting at least 15 minutes to get your drinks if you're lucky to find a waitress, shaving a mere few minutes if that when getting drinks yourself at the bar, and dealing with management that just doesn't give a flying s*@t! We will never visit any of these places again! The absolute worst service experience we have ever endured in our lifetime...seriously! What a joke! We ended up going to Bar Louie's next door in absolute disbelief, laughing as we were sharing our story with the waitress. She said that our experience is extremely common. Wow, and this place is still in business? Shame on you corporate for allowing your employees to treat your guests this way! Again, we will never be back!

So unhappy right now. I went yesterday for a friend bday party. I order a drink from the bar for $9.50 and the cashier charge me for a bill $32.50 off of my debt card. Now I have to wait 4 or 5 business days for the money to return to my account. I was so upset i couldnt even bowl with my friends. The manager keep saying the money wasn't fully taken from my card. But clearly on my account the money was taken.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Firstly, the games are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Secondly, our games kept messing up and I had to go up to the counter 3 times to talk to them about the same issue. I paid for 3 games each and the machine shut off at 2 games and when I went up to the counter to explain what happened, they didn't even bother to refund my money for the 3rd game, after telling them we were leaving and not wanting to bowl the 3rd game. It looks like a cool place it it's absolutely terrible. I will not be coming here again.

Yikes. So, my family was going to go to Dave and Buster's for my birthday outing. But it didn't have power, so we came here. And it sucked. The food took forever. We waited for ages. It took hours for some of the food to get to our table, and then we didn't even get some of the food we ordered. Portions were bad too, a plate of fried shrimp for $6 only had 3 pieces of shrimp. Our family walked out of the place joking about how much it sucked. Our waitress blamed the kitchen for it. She said that they kept screwing everything up. She was trying really hard to give us good service, so that was nice. Food aside, the arcade was average. ( * We pretty much got kicked out because kids aren't allowed after a certain hour. We walked out, and we never got a couple of things we ordered, and I never got my drink. ( It was a glass of water. ) )

Went for a work function. Had a great time, good food, pool, bowling. One flaw, the house bowling balls are ridiculously tore up. They look like Fred Flintstone used them at one time. Staff was great to us. Nice place . Full bar. Good date spot for the younger crowd. It is up stairs, not sure if the have a elevator for wheel chairs.
