Atmosphere basic. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Beer selection always excellent. Bonuses for having a selection of beer serving sizes without the usual gouge. Small, but top notch selection of bourbon and other spirits. No food, bring or order out your own.
This may be the greatest bar EVER!!! Unbelievable beer list, great selection of bourbons and delicious empanadas. The owner Frank is awesome and the staff could. It be more friendly !!!
Entrance was hard to find. Pull behind the liquor store right side rear, DO NOT Dunkin Donut side, WHERE THE LUCKY TURTLE SIGN IS and BIG ARROW PAINTED on the BLACKTOP IS its a trap... very clean feeling. We didn't stay long. I think it's mostly craft beers, nice group, comfortably crowded.
Big craft beer selection, both taps and bottles. Large bourbon list with quite a few ryes and tequilas as well. Great music, great service, great bar!
Stopped on a Saturday afternoon just as they opened. The bartender was going couple of minutes late as he was helping in the liquor store in the front of the building but well worth those extra few minutes wait. It is a bit hard to find but well worth it. 24 taps and a wide selection of bourbon. Service was friendly and personable. Had the Rhinegeist Saber Tooth Tiger Imperial IPA. Very nice easy drinking IPA. Followed by a New Riff single barrel bourbon. Very smooth and tasty bourbon.
Nice place. I'm always looking for an out of the way friendly little neighborhood hole in the wall bar as a place to kill an hour or so while the boys are having practice and The Lucky Turtle was literally right around the corner! It's easy to miss as you're driving down Winton Rd, see keep an eye out and be ready to drive around behind the other businesses there. First time visitor that had great service. Helpful bartender that was willing to help find comparable bourbons etc. Wide selection of draft beers & what looked like easily a couple dozen or more bourbons. Decent pours and fair prices per pour.. They have a small outdoor area outback as well. Looking forward to stopping in again. See you Wednesday!
Amazing selection of bourbon. Amazing selection of craft beer. The bartenders are so nice and friendly. Great neighborhood joint. The owner is just a great person to hang out with. Thank you guys for putting in the effort in making this the best damn chill spot in the city. I send people there all the time. It's my go-to recommendation.
Small dive behind a small shopping center. Not very well put together, but good people and good prices. Shuffleboard table is awesome.
The Lucky Turtle is a hidden gem! The beer and bourbon selection is top notch and reasonably priced. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. There's no pretentious attitude you sometimes get at craft beer bars. My buddies and I had an event here and it could not have gone better. Really fun place to relax, have a few drinks, and meet some new friends. Highly recommend!
The best 'hidden' gem in town/Finneytown! Best beers, bourbons and bartenders around. This is not your typical bar. More of a speak easy type place. We love it here! You cant complain about a rotating 23 beer selection either! More Southern Tier please!!
