I can't tell you how fantastic the customer service is with this company.  I have a bracelet with 8 charms on it already.  Well, I needed another one for our new adopted grandson.  I ordered the charm and I had the wrong date on it.  Called the company and said "Stop the presses" the date is wrong.  I received the charm with the wrong date despite my call.  I called the company in Torrence,CA and the lady said to send it back she would make me a new one at no charge!!!  I was so happy I nearly cried.  I love this bracelet and get compliments on it whenever I wear it.  Kudos to Lucy Ann.
