I came here 15 days ago for a gel manicure and had a wonderful experience. Polite staff and also using a new manis tool to me. I'll recommend the salon to my friends.

Girl did an okay job on my nails, good shaping and the edges near cuticle were smooth. I asked for thicker acrylic but it was paper thin~almost thinner than the polish. Two broke within three days. Also, since gel polish is so expensive, I bought several bottles online. When I called Lucy's in advance I was told I would not be charged the customary $15  for gel polish. You guessed it~they charged me anyway. I wound up paying $42 for an acrylic fill and my toes painted (NOT a pedicure). Instead of making a huge scene, I paid the girl (that blamed her "boss" for the overcharge) and she had the nerve to count it and asked me where was her tip. OUT LOUD
Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Great service,  good prices. They do try to upsell you without really telling whats happening. Like painting your acrylics with gel and not mentioning that will run you an extra 25 bucks, so your $24 set is now almost $50 and you didn't ask for it.  But as long as you pay attention they are great.

Always the best service and friendly company. Tom and Vivien and their daughter Anna are the nicest people.

wouldn't recommend them at all. i payed for pink gel nails, and the next day my nail polish was literally yellow & looked horrible.
