Lucy Pop is great. I’ve been getting my haircut here for three years and they’ve always done a great job. Most of the time Bethany cuts my hair and I have always enjoyed her haircuts. Recently my hair was cut by Kaitlynn and I think it speaks to the quality of Lucy Pop to know that she also did a great job. Not only is it always a good hair cut but it’s also always very efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Love Lucy Pop! I'm a fairly new client and have seen Deb twice now. I have curly, frizzy hair, and she's getting to know my curls and slowly giving me some suggestions on how to better care for them and style them. Will definitely be back.

My appointment at Lucy Pop Salon was for 2:00 today. When I arrived I was told she would be a few minutes late I said that was fine. 2:30 I was told it would just be 10 more minutes. At 2:40 I was told that she is blow drying the clients here and will be with me within five minutes. At 3 o’clock still waiting for my haircut that was scheduled for 2 o’clock, I tried to find someone to tell that I had to leave. No one was at the reception desk. I waited another 10 minutes. That makes a total of 70 minutes waiting to get my haircut. At 3:10 I left. I then try to call the salon. The phone would ring twice and then click off. Finally I was able to get through to leave a message. By this time it was 3:20, 80 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My message cut off halfway through. I finally got a text from the receptionist saying I wanted to come back tomorrow they would cut my hair. At this point I got very angry because it should’ve been compted. I told her that the first thing out of her mouth should’ve been we will compt your haircut. I then spent 90 minutes trying to get a haircut which was scheduled for 2 o’clock. I was never offered anything to drink. I felt like they were very uninterested in having me as a client.

Deb is awesome! I have super long hair- I really appreciated all the time she took to make sure my hair looked great. Awesome color, awesome cut, super sweet and great listener when it came to what I wanted.

No tude here and you are made to feel welcomed. Been coming to LP since I moved from west coast 4 years ago. Sweet Bethany is your gal for an excellent cut. I am a no-fuss, low-maintenance kind of woman, so its ALL in the cut. Price is right too.
