Saw a car sponsored on two other websites and on the their official website so I went to check it out. There was a person there working out in the open on a car but didn't even stand up to greet us. We had to go over to him and told us the car we came there for was sold a long time ago. Why can't they update their website then? Lol so he tells us to go look at the other cars. When we did, one of the cars was trashed inside and we decided to leave. He never did check up on us to offer us help.

I was contacted within an hour of leaving a message. Was very polite and professional on the phone. I made an appointment to see the truck the next day.  I had educated myself on the year and model of the truck I was going to look at so I knew what to look for and expect in this age and price range.   Luis openly disclosed a known issue with the A/C system. I took the truck for a short test drive and everything checked out as expected. After a short friendly negotiation we agreed on a price, filled out the typical paperwork and I was out the door.  I was in and out in about an hour all together. The experience was pleasant and about as quick and easy as it gets.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Luis. After searching a bunch of car lots and talking to sales personnel, I found Luis more knowlegeable about his cars and willing to work with me on price. Two weeks after my purchase, I am still very pleased with it. A very satisfactory experience.

Drove in from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Told the guy on the phone prior to leaving what time he could expect us. Told us that time isn't good because that's when he goes to lunch. Gave us the address to their shop down the street. The guy there was nice enough to drive us over to the actual lot down road. I walked in with the guy while my boyfriend (who is a service advisor for Toyota and knows about cars and how to fix them) looked at the car.  The guy we were talking to on the phone didn't even say "hi" or acknowledge me. Threw the keys to the guy and said "I was going to go to lunch. I have to go home but guess that will have to wait". He never came out to talk to us. The car was not even close to the description. Which explained only 2 pictures posted. It leaked, drivers door didn't even close right because it wasn't even aligned right. The 2nd row middle center console was missing. The running board on drivers side was cracked, and the interior was gross and dirty. All around a horrible experience. If you're a small independent dealer trying to compete with the bigger dealerships then you should go above and beyond to win and keep customers. We prefer to support small businesses but not when they can give a crap about the time you took to drive there because going to lunch is more important to them. 4 hours wasted.
