George at the Woodway location was absolutely amazing to work with. I had gotten a quote from Home Depot that was ridiculous and when I called George he was able to draw up a rough estimate just based on Home Depot’s measurements. Then when we ready to get it measured by then he had his guyvout there within 24 hours. He called me back an hour after the guy left with an exact quote and also mentioned a discount we were unaware of that took .20 cents off per square foot and with 1200 sqft it definitely helped. Then they didn’t have the transitions we needed in stock so he had another store ship it out to us. Well that store dropped the ball and didn’t ship it out. Within 30 min of them opening the next day George called an was very apologetic and also had called he manager and the part had already been shipped out. George is easily one of the best customer service guys I have ever dealt with. I would recommend this lumber liquidators and George to anyone looking to get flooring done. They did an amazing job and George was equally amazing. Thanks guys y’all made the experience easy and we are so happy

Very helpful. They helped my friend find the floors she wanted installed for alot less than any of the other stores we visited. There was plenty of staff on hand to help we waited for along time at other stores because they only had one person to help with flooring.

They are very helpful when they are making a big sale, but the product and help after the sell is horrible.
We bought "commercial grade" laminate flooring hoping that it would be less prone to scratching and, if anything, it scratches and scuffs up more than any product we have ever used before!  When we had it down and went back for the matching transition pieces, we took photos and measurements of the areas we needed pieces for.  They said they didn't have any of the pieces we needed!  Door transitions? Floor transitions? A cap for a laminate step? Quarter round?!  They said they didn't have the pieces we were looking for.  Very frustrating!

We visited with Le'jon. Enjoyed his company, his politeness and his knowledge! Now for us to try laying the vinyl plank!  Yikes!
