I had a graduation dinner here and the food was lovely, well presented and flavorfully prepared. The views of the city were “Amazing”. Where they need work is with their service. A few member of the group had their order forgotten, and one members was served food on a chipped plate.Food: 4/5
I went to this place so many times with my close loved ones. Every single time I always make sure I try the Lady Gaga. It’s so good. Even on my birthday I went there just to have the Lady Gaga! Must try and their truffle fries are good too. The service was good and the rooftop was nice too!Food: 5/5
I'm very disappointed , I was expecting something completely different from this place. I checked the reviews before going, and the service was very poor, I thought it was just a bad comment, but not . The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful, but the service was poor. When I went to pay, the guy was very disrespectful and threw me the receipt away. It is very sad because the place is such a nice experience but the employees make it awful
This rooftop is a hidden gem in the heart of Astoria. It has a beautiful view of the city and a great place to see the sunset.Food: 5/5
amazing views from the rooftop, you can’t really get that at any other restaurant in this area. Drinks were amazing the first time I came, second time they were alright. Menu is a little overpriced for the quality of food but the servers were very nice and attentive. I would definitely come back if I just wanted drinks and sushi. Pad thai was not what I was used to, the sauce is definitely different than what I was used to. I would recommend any of the sushi rolls, I got the spicy tuna roll with crunch and i had to order another, that’s how good it was. I would place this restaurant as one of my top places for sushi, drinks & views.
The view was nice i suggest you go when it's a little darker . The service was great. The food is really good, but just know you gonna pay around maybe 60 the most depending what you get for 2 people and that's only on food alone with 1 side and no drinks . Wish they would have had different music, more that fit with the ambiance. Other than that i would definitely go back.
Hidden rooftop in Queens, food was delicious and the service was good too. The weather was kind of cold so we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop experience. I been coming to this location for years and not till last night I ever had an issue. Took my out of town cousin who is disable and has a Service dog and we were so incredibly mistreated. The staff who obviously had no knowledge or any training in regards to service animals refused to sit us and demanded proof that this was serviced dog. By law the only two questions an establishment is permitted to ask in regards to a service animal is: 1. Is that a service animal. 2. What tasks is the service animal trained to perform. And that’s it, you are not permitted by law to ask for any type of proof other than that. Yet this staff was completely unaware or trained. Instead they had us sit in an isolated back dirty part of the restaurant as if they were ashamed of us. It’s astonishing and sad that in 2024 people with disability as still treated as secondary citizens and more of problem then actual human beings and customers. I manage a 5 star hotel on 5 Ave and I can tell you we ensure our staff is well trained on disability rights and are trained to treat everyone regardless of their disability, race and gender as equals. Never have I been so embarrassed and ashamed and shocked that this would happen in a big city like NYC. Hopefully the owners and managers of this establishment will do a better job training their staff members and start treating customers with disabilities better.
A rooftop Sushi restaurant with 360 views of the city. When we arrived the establishment was rather empty; we were seated indoors because it was a bit chilly that evening. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating on the roof. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The drinks were pretty strong and the wait staff was incredibly attentive. Within a hour the establishment was packed with people. The music selection was redundant and they should diversify their selections. The establishment is great for date nights, with friends, co-workers and family. They do have a robotic waiter which will bring your food out when they are busy. Four stars were awarded because the bathroom wasn’t as clean and we were hoping to be seated outdoors in their igloo’s. Nonetheless we will come back to try other menu items and to be seated outdoors.
The place was nice, it's a good view of everything there. The staff was very caring about everything and the food was decent. A little on the expensive side but for the experience it was worth it. Just make sure to come in during the later hours in order to get the best experience.Food: 4/5
