As I waited for my take out order, I noticed how the 2 guys working the counter were cleaning and frequently washing their hands. They were very conscientious about including utensils, napkins, & sauces for the take out orders. Polite, friendly. No apparent manager, yet doing the best job possible. Staff, being paid a good wage, help make a business successful.
The Pita bread and hummus is so good! Luna Grill no matter the location is so consistent in their health food and clean welcoming restaurants. This Aliso Viejo parking lot gets a little hectic with so many good places and restaurants in the complex, but everything else was great- service, and food quality. 5 stars.
This is one of the better Luna Grill locations I have visited throughout Orange County. It is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the quality of the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Whenever we are craving Luna Grill, this is the location we choose to dine at.Food: 5/5
If they meant for me to never come back, they got it. Clearly said to the cashier, it was my first time there, told it would be about 15 min. I'm patient, they're busy, a lot of online or phone orders, finally i go to the cashier and ask If I was supposed to come up and get my food, he says "what's your name" I tell him and he hands it to me. I ask again was i supposed to come up and get it since they can clearly see I'm there, including the lady who appears to be running things. Thinking they would either call my name or bring it to me, cashier says I'm sorry she should have called your name. My order was taken at 5:41 pm I walked out with my food about about 6:20. How foolish of me to wait so long, i knew it was longer than 15 minutes but assumed they must really be putting care into it.
I went into my AV Luna Grill and have to repeat that they are super friendly. Angel, who's there a lot, always greets with a smile and I met Marco, who is also very nice. In the kitchen, Isabel and Aldo make sure everything comes out fresh and tasty. Thank you, all, and happy holidays!Food: 5/5
Service at this location is excellent! Justin and Alex make a great team. Alex was very attentive, took our order and gave some recommendations. The tables were well maintained and the place is always clean. Food service was quick and always flavourful. Definitely recommend this location in particular, look forward to eating here again!
Love the food and the service! My coworkers and I have been here a few times more recently and Alex is always very attentive and remembers our faces. It makes us feel welcome and almost like usuals. The chicken and gyro meat are always cooked perfectly and the atmosphere is just very wonderful. Definitely a great place to have lunch!
I came in to pick up my online order. Another man came in at the same time I did. A worker was sweeping the floor and greeted me enthusiastically. I could see my order was done so I stood near the cash register. Still the worker continued to sweep the floor. His supervisor had to verbally instruct him to stop sweeping and attend to me and the other customer. Weirdly, although I was standing near the register, he decided to take the other customer's order. So I walked over, peeked in the bag, verified it was my order and got ready to take it away. The worker, Angel, snottily snapped, "Next time you have to wait!" Well, I did wait while you swept the floor and the other customer looked at the menu. Maybe I was wrong to try to take my order, but some fast casual places let you grab your order and go. EDIT TO ADD: I've bumped up my stars a couple notches since yesterday. The manager called me today and explained they don't allow customers to collect their own online orders because they've had a serious problem with theft. So I was definitely wrong to try to collect my own order; however, it doesn't explain why Angel ignored two customers to keep sweeping. It also doesn't explain why Angel snarled at me instead of calmly saying "Please wait ma'am." Maybe he was having a bad day. The manager apologized and sincerely wanted to make it right. So I will happily come to Luna Grill again soon. If the service is better, I'll revise my stars again.
