These people were extremely rude and unprofessional. We were told a plumber would be visiting the property in the morning and that we would have an estimate that afternoon. After waiting for over a week and a half, we STILL didn't have an estimate for repairs. When the office was called to get an update, I was never given a straight answer; first it was "he hasn't gotten to it yet" then "he's been working on it all week" then "well, maybe he just doesn't want to do the job." When I tried to get an answer as to when and IF we would have the estimate, she hung up on me. I called back, trying to get an answer only to be told, "well, maybe you just better get another plumber!" and hung up on again. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone who actually needs any plumbing repairs done.

Lundell was the only heating company open today and they managed to fit me into their very busy schedule so that I didn't have to sleep without heat in the dead of winter. They were both friendly and professional. Thanks again guys! You are awesome!!
