Call three consecutive days requesting an estimate for new high effiency furnace.  Was told I would be called back each time to set up an estimate appointment, calls never returned.  I guess they dont need the 5000 dollars I paid Vilandre to do the work. Pathetic way of doing business.

This is how it's done Folks!  Reasonable Rates and FAST on the service calls.  Their in house staff and service techs and true professionals!
