I went to Lux Spa for the second time today, the first time in their new remodeled location. Overall, it was ok. I felt that the staff were friendly. I went for a gel manicure, which turned out pretty well. I felt that it was a bit expensive for what I got (a solid color with a bit of gold glitter on the ring fingers). My technician was friendly, but did not talk much for the second half of my mani. The technician also didnt put that nice pink lotion on my right had closer to my fingernails, so it looked like my fingers were really dry even after a fresh, new set of nails. Overall, it was nice, but I will most likely go somewhere else for my next gel manicure.

Love the techs there. Always get what I ask for. I got my first facial and leg wax there and Holly was great, efficient!

(I am aware that I am writing the same review fur this place. As the employees love to remind customers that the salons are affiliated. I received the same negative attitudes at this salon.)RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Which is absolutely unfortunate because 9 times out of 10, they do a beautiful job on my nails, but their attitudes are horrible. Completely lacking in customer service skills. I feel myself bracing against negative attitudes before I even walk in the door! I'll leave with beautiful nails but not without combating negative attitudes!

Terrible. I went in and got a white gel manicure, and it was perfect absolutely beautiful. A few days later the nail polish started to turn grey. I'm not sure if it was because I had acrylics on before or if it was just the nail polish. Either way I paid for a white gel manicure and it turned grey. I went back and requested a refund or for them to redo it since I did not get what I had paid for. They called me a liar and told me to leave before they called security. Absolutely will not be going back.
