I got my hair done there yesterday by Irene and she was AWESOME! I’ve been to salons where I’ve left crying because it’s what i didnt want and when I pay for something, I want it to be right. Well she did it right and my hair looks awesome! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks, Irene!

**BEWARE!** My 17 yr old daughter had very long blonde hair, and went to the salon wanting a Balayge, darker roots with silvery blonde highlights. She brought a photo of exactly what she wanted. The stylist said OK we can do this. After her appointment, her hair is a horrible doll and brassy yellow color. The roots are not darker. It is a solid all over dull "doll like" color. And for some reason the ends of her hair were low lighted a weird green gray color. We insisted this is not what was agreed upon, but we were charged $150 anyway. We spoke to the manager who is not only rude but creepy, he grabbed my daughters phone and scrolled through her photos, as if trying to prove that my daughter was lying about the before and after pictures we had taken. He pretended he did not understand why we were upset, he told us we were rude and walked away from us. He said, "At least your hair isn't falling out". Two days later, it is falling out. We went to another salon and stylist, and she was horrified and asked us who did this to you? ! She said, there is no way a professional would've done this. We told her exactly who it was. Spread the word. She told my daughter that her hair was way over processed and damaged, and will need to be cut off. When my daughter brushes her hair, it just breaks off. The stylist pointed out balding spots on my daughters head from the over-processing. So now, we have to pay for a different salon to fix the botched job, on top of the $150. Plus the loss of all of her long hair. Stay away from the salon. The stylist, Irene is incompetent. And the owner is a dishonest, rude, soul-less creep. Not only did we not get what we asked for and what was promised, but my daughters hair is damaged to the point of falling out.

Fantastic people running this place!!! Very professional and beautiful! Strongly recommend Luxe Aveda Concept Salon if you are in the area.
