I used to go to the Luxe in Westerly and loved it...but when we moved last summer, the South County Commons location was closer. I was nervous to start over at a new place but it did not disappoint! Like its counterpart, this location has friendly staff, great classes, energetic instructors, and an efficient layout where there is rarely a wait for a machine. My two young sons love the daycare and the caregivers take special care to interact and bond with them...they all know my sons by name and greet them with familiarity and smiles every time. I get a great workout every visit and recharge my batteries for another day of parenting!

Best gym in southern Rhode Island. I go while I’m in RI for college. With limited gym options, this really is the only professional grade gym in the area...it takes the cake!!!!

Definitely one of the cleanest and best kept gyms i've been to! The equipment is new, well maintained and you never feel over crowded when working out! The gym is very accommodating to their customers and offers a great and flexible plan for students! The staff is friendly and always available to lend a hand. Worth going to over any other gym in the area!!

Sometimes when you pay $30/mo for a gym membership you get complementary towels, a pool/spa, new equipment and proper cleaning stations for said new equipment. Sometimes you get equipment that's worse for wear that have loose or even no rubber grips, a cramped gym and locker room, and employees that lock you into a 12 month membership when you ask for a one month trial. This place isn't worth $30/mo, it doesn't even have the same equipment planet fitness would offer for $10 a month. When making your decision on a gym, think about where your money is going because your money certainly isn't going back into the gym. On top of everything they close early on the weekend.

I've been a member for about 11 years and have never been disappointed in the staff, the equipment, or the facility. The environment is clean, friendly, and non-judgemental. Melissa runs a top-notch club!
