I took myself, my wife, sister and niece in for all pedicures and I thought the staff was very nice and pleasant!  The pedicures were just want we needed! They even gave us mimosa's and my niece a soft drink! Great service

Nice clean environment. Friendly people great service. I love Gina, she does an awesome job and knows what I expect in a manicure and pedicure.

2nd time I've been to Luxe and I have to say after trying many many different nail salons in Eugene and Springfield, this is the best I've been to.  Very clean, friendly and consistently great gel manicure and pedicure.  Gel French manicure is flawless, they even use a pale pink base coat before the white tips.  Pedicure was excellent.  They really concentrate on callouses (I got the Deluxe Pedi both times, not sure if it is the same with the regular pedi).  Seriously love this nail salon.

My nails are always lifting after 2 weeks. Have a good amount of color choice. People are friendly. But my 1st visit the guy cut my toe when he was giving me a pedicure because he was watching the football game instead of paying attention. They don't stay on very long!

Not impressed, I walked in for a pedi a few weeks ago and was in and out within 20 mins.  I still had dead skin on the side of my foot from my sandals rubbing that I PULLED off MYSELF.  I will never recommend anyone to this "salon", the service I got for the price I paid was awful.  The massage was the only decent part, although my Sister's massage was lousy and not even half what mine was, at least her toes were polished nicely, I can't even say that for mine.  Waste of time and money!
