Luxor valet sucks. I work for a mobility van rental company. They rent vans to the handicap. We had a customer leave the van in valet for us to pick up. I was dropped off at the luxor to pick up the van from valet and return to our lot. Well I had valet ticket but they would not release van to me because my name is on the registration. Of course it's not. It's under the mobility van company's name and address. So I've been sitting here for 45 minutes with my 7 year old child and the boss of valet doesn't even want to hear a word I have to say. So pretty much I will be contacting our legal department so they can inform Luxor of handicap van rental laws.
