DO NOT USE GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE OR PAY IN ADVANCE. Booked appointment one week in advance, when I came in I was asked to come back in one hour. I went to eat lunch and came back. I sat there waiting for an hour all while hearing several times that my stylist would be with me shortly. After one hour passed, I approached the young woman standing at the computer, she walks over to the owner then comes back to tell me it will be a little bit longer. I sit there for a second hour and then approach the computer desk again, the young woman walks over to the owner again, but this time she comes back to tell me she needs to reschedule me for tomorrow because the owner has an emergency. The place is not that big and you can hear everyone talking, sometimes even talking badly about clients who just walked out. Her huge emergency was going shopping, maybe she forgot I was sitting there listening for two hours. The next day I show up on time for my appt and I wait another hour before being shuffled around to three so-called artists, one who had never done the lash style before. I'm sure by now you are wondering why I didn't just leave. They already had my money. DO NOT USE GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE OR PAY IN ADVANCE!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Theresa is AMAZING. I came in with hair that has been box died brown/red for years. I had to have the color stripped to get any sort of blonde that I wanted. Theresa took her time with me and put forth effort that I never expected. She went above and beyond for hours, even on her day off! I got the color I wanted, too! The environment of Luxury Beauty Bar is also pretty amazing. The ladies there are so friendly and inviting, and they offer you many amenities so you enjoy your visit! You don't feel like just another customer, you feel like your hanging out with some friends! I love this place, and I will never go to another salon again.

Monica cut and styled my hair today! It was my first time with Luxury Beauty Bar. I was very happy with the results. Monica did a lovely job! :)

I had the chance to meet an awesome group of professionals yesterday when TK gave me a much needed hair makeover! I can't wait to go back tomorrow for the awesome company and slamming eye lashes!  If you haven't stopped in to check it out, you are in for a great surprise! Enjoy
