Please do not waste your time with this establishment. They are so unprofessional, pushy and rude! I paid for a simple manicure (no nail polish) and the unpleasant lady barely spent 5 minutes on my nails. That's it! I paid $17 with my credit card as I didn't have cash. That seemed to bother her. In a disgusting manner, she asked, " Do you have cash for my tip?" Enough said. You be the judge.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to! I was told they would be right with me. Thirty minutes go by, then someone asks me what I would like and I tell them I need a gel change (which is what I've been told to ask for at other salons). One girl quotes me $35 and I say that's fine and wait. Thirty more minutes, then I finally get a chair. Forty more minutes (an hour and a half had gone by at this point) and someone FINALLY comes to LOOK at my nails. I tell them I want hard gel and they don't even understand what I'm talking about. It took ten minutes to explain to them that I don't want nail polish. And then I realize they want to charge me $35 just for nail polish. They want to charge me $60 for whatever it is they believe I'm talking about, which I don't think they even ever understood because they couldn't understand what was even ON my nails. How is this place even a business when they don't even understand how to do nails? I literally walked out because I didn't even want them to touch my nails. Not to mention the ridiculous wait time. I was not told it was going to be 2 hours. The version of "they'll be right with me" is high unacceptable. I have never in my life been to a salon worse than this one. HORRIBLE experience! I would definitely recommend going somewhere else where they know how to do nails.

Horrible, they are very pushy, I asked for coffin and they gave me Square, they closed the door when I entered they thought I was going to steel something. Please don’t waste your time on this stupid nail salon

Horrible. I asked for a mani/pedi...they tried to tack on a million other services but I said 'no' - fair enough but then she did not even file my nails  (feet or hands) at all. Just cut them, and I was not even having any polish put on. I asked her to please file them and she basically said no. Not a smile the entire time. She then told me "pay the tip cash", no please, or thank you. Mad now that I tipped her at all. Horrible, the regular mani/pedi was 44$ - which i assumed would include, at the very least filing. It was horrible.
