Worst customer service ever. Went in and ask or a manicure or a set, whatever you call it, and the guy who so call greeted me, i think he was indian maybe the manager but he had a darker skin tone color, was so freaking rude. Heres how the convo/experience went.
Guy: Hello what you want ? ( sitting behind his desk blocked by helluh stuff)
Me: ( looking for who was talking ) hi i came to get a manicure?
Guy: what you like. The fake nail with color or the gel with color.

Horrible. I was a walk in asked how much for a fill and gel polish I was quoted 30 (15 for each) by "Mi", I said ok great. Next the lady asked me to sit in the seat and she proceeded to do my nails. She half ass-ed the whole thing. And top it off argued with me about the lines left by her drill, the 2-3 stroke buffing, and last but not least... SHE PICKED A COLOR FOR ME... NOT GEL. I kept telling her I wanted gel. She kept saying "next time, so you see how good we are" by the time I left I had such a mess on my hands. I had clear polish on the sides of my nails it looked like I had psoriasis. I had cuts on the side of my nails, and every where she ran the file.i thought it was just me till I looked again.  She left me with tons of crap under my nails. TO TOP IT OFF the next lady she helped she tried talking her into gel polish! !! Wow. I went next door to south port nails and hair. They fix the lines and went above and beyond and fixed everything even gave me a mini manicure. I will NEVER go back here again. I will be going to the salon next door (will leave a review and pictures for their store as well). They do not speak very good english. But since she argued with me they do understand just fine.

Horrible job went into her almond shaped matte black nails and there not even the lady that did that was just the the nails still haven't tried it's been over 1 hour she put to many coats on at once and also my left hand looks matte the other one doesn't 😡 I might go back but if I do won't be to the same rude lady
