Horrible bus service. Dirty buses that are never on time. People have places to go people have jobs the world doesn't work off of LCTA bus time then they want to raise the bus fare. How about get better service first. Maybe actually clean the bus and be on time. I think the current rate for this horrible service is to much now. I've been on a bus that broke down I've been on a bus with crazy people talking to themselves. That's pretty scary.

It is never going to change with decent hours and route times, but customer service is better and Bus 19 FINALLY has a gate.

Buses pass by you and don't stop. Some drivers will pick some people up outside the terminal if there late, they have there favorites. Buses don't run 24 hrs so your screwed if you have 2nd or 3rd shift job. Drivers are nice, quite, or racist is subtle ways. The company puts stop in dumbest places. Tree's cover them or parked cars infront. On a good note they changed a route for a company that moved so that was nice of them.
