The mechanics here do awesome work. Had a replacement transmission installed. A week later, the shift linkage failed and Jr and staff came to my house and fixed it for me.

I have used Lynn's auto service for 3 cars in the last 3 years. One time they stayed an hour after work (on a Friday) on my car. They are always fair and nice and helpful. Would recommend to everyone in the area! They have done multiple things for free when I ask (such as changing license plates, checking things out when I am concerned about a problem, etc).

A.W.F.U.L. I used these guys a few times over the span of 6 months. First time I took a van in about two weeks before Thanksgiving and let them know I would be gone the week of Thanksgiving. They said, "No problem, we can have it done this week." They didn't get it done, so I ended up leaving it there the week I was out of town also. When I got back and went to pick it up, they said it was at one of their employee's homes because they were out of parking space. The next day I came back to pick it up and apparently the employee lost the keys. (They lost the keys for this van a second time a few months later.) I gave them a second chance. I took a new van in that we were going to buy on condition of passing a safety test. According to my contract, I had 1 week to get it inspected and tell the seller "yes" or "no". I left it with these guys and told them they had 1 week. On day 6 I called and they said they hadn't officially inspected it yet but assured me it would pass. So, I bought the van and found out 2 days later that the car would need $700 worth of repairs to pass. Third and final chance: First van back in. Lost the keys again. They broke the driver seat and had to order a new (used) one (at least they didn't charge me for that since it was their fault.) Don't use them.

Where were the people when my appointment was scheduled? I called a week in advance on a Saturday (even though it says they're closed on a Saturday, and it turns out they are). I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday (today), and even though it says online that they're closed, and their voicemail says their hours are Monday-Friday, I had an appointment scheduled for SATURDAY morning. I thought that was nice that they'd do that, and they quoted me $250 cheaper than the last place, so of course I wanted to go here. Well, we waited 20 minutes for someone to show up or call me back, and nothing. Sorry, you didn't earn my business-I went somewhere else. Funny enough, I'm glad that they didn't show up, because then I took my car somewhere else and actually got quoted another $200 cheaper! so yay! But when you make an appointment with someone, show up. It's their fault they scheduled me on a day that they're closed, so why would they do that? Maybe something came up, but they should've called me. I think they forgot about my appointment.
