For a small town, this is a great grocery store. Lots of variety, some of the best employees around. Can't find what you're looking for? Ask the owner to get it in stock, they will most likely have it there next time you get groceries.

Good selection. Good prices. The more you spend the more you earn off your next gas purchase at Dakotamart gas station.

Items are regularly on the shelf way past expiration date.  They usually have items miss priced. Be very carefull when you check out or you will get burned.  Returned an item yesterday,  went back the next day to find several more of the same product still sitting on the shelf!  They never even checked after i returned the item.  This happens often.

Pretty great for a local grocery store. The selection is generally pretty wide, despite the small store size, and includes some nice store-made baked good and fudge, along with some organic and vegan items. The produce is generally pretty fresh and looks great. The downside, of course, is price: things here are 20% to 50% more expensive than they are at Safeway or Walmart in Spearfish, about 15 miles north. The exception is most of the beer, wine, and liquor - the selection in this department is better than almost any other store in the area, and the prices are right on par with everyone else.
