She low balled the value of our home. Wouldn't trust her. Shes a cutthroat. Make sure you read her contracts well. Better yet have an attorney read them.

We are so thankful to Lysi Bishop Real Estate for guiding us through another successful real estate experience.  We can't speak enough to the appreciation we have for the group, the expertise, and the professionalism of Lysi Bishop Real Estate.

Beth Ritter absolutely made our experience.  She was patient with us in the beginning, when we were only one foot into the home shopping experience.  And then motivated when we turned the gas pedal back on.  She had a good taste for homes we would like, and the good sense to reach out when she saw the (final) North End listing.  My wife teared up when walking through the open house, we knew it was the one, and called Beth late that evening to tell her we were ready to offer.  She turned it on a dime.  She knew it was at the top of our budget, so already had stipulations prepared into the offer to make us competitive.  Between that night and early the next morning, Beth had our offer prepared and ready to submit.  Without her strategic support to prepare a competitive offer, we would not be moving into our beautiful, new dream home.

Thank you to Beth, and to the Lysi Bishop office, for walking us through the process and keeping us competitive.  This house was meant to be. Thank you to Lysi Bishop's office for helping us find our dream home!  We have made both professional partners and good friends through the process.
