We were glad to have selected M and M Heating and Cooling for our residential install. We selected the company for an install of a new furnace and central air. The price was competitive and fair. Lalo and Alex (service technicians) exhibited true professionalism and at the end took the time to explain the system to us and the paperwork. They recommended surge protectors and had the entire system installed the same day. They cleaned up and were very courteous of making sure not to make a mess or inconvenience us. The company electrician, Chad installed the electrical box and accompanying wiring which looked great. Chad also went the extra mile and repaired a kitchen outlet free of charge. After install the company representatives (Brain and Justin) visited our residence and followed up with a phone call to see how things went. Lastly, we happen to visit with a neighbor in town about the new equipment, and they mentioned M&M Heating and Cooling as their installers a couple years ago. They shopped around for an annual service agreement and found this company was very competitive and dependable. We thank M& M for their service and will keep you on our speed dial for any future needs.

Can't say enough about our great experience with M and M.  Had a new furnace installed.  Worked with their sales rep, office staff and installers; all are very knowledgable, helpful and friendly.  Lalo and Alex did a great job with the installation.  They were efficient, courteous and left the house clean and tidy.  They spent all the time I needed explaining new features, programming, etc.  They were a pleasure to have around.  Their product and service are excellent, and at a fair price.  Can't ask for more than that.

So happy that I read the Google reviews and called M and M! Mark and Brian did a fantastic job with our new water heater. They were ready to come with a replacement the day of our inspection when they found the leak. Brian was very patient with all of our questions, late on a Friday afternoon. When our closet was 1/2" too narrow for the unit they had in stock, they were able to quickly order a custom unit and install first thing Monday morning. Our furnace is on it's last legs, and we will be replacing that with M and M as well. We will not hesitate to recommend them to friends. Thanks, guys!!

We had a great experience. Brian was professional, on time, and fast. He made sure we understood the work that was done and left the area clean. Brian was also really patient with us while we dealt with insurance and had to reschedule. Speaking of which - the office was great to deal with too - friendly and accommodating. Definitely will call them again!

Today, on very short notice, Brian and Matt came to my rescue and replaced my hot water heater.  They did a great job and were extremely professional and informative.  I asked a technical question and was ever so happy that they understood exactly how this equipment operates and functions. They were able to explain to me a new feature and why it is required.  If you want honest, ethical and knowledgeable professionals this is the place to turn to. Thank you Matt and Brian for all you did for me today!
