Moises Aguilera and Gabriel M. did terrific work on sealing possible air leaks  around air duct joints and closed up the small gap in the air filter compartment so air cannot flow around the filter.  They were super friendly and did not charge me since I bought the system four years ago and now am trying to satisfy the home inspection of the buyer.  I would definitely recommend M.E. Flow for their heat pump system and smart thermostat and for their excellent customer service!

Gee its cold out there. Well that's the best time for the furnace to go on the fritz right?? Well called M.E.Flow and as always they responded with courtesy. Alex was very professional and quite thorough in assessing the issues with our system. He kept me informed and explained what was needed to be done and guess what its cold outside but warm inside. Thanks again for the service. Paul

I’ve used ME Flow since 2004. Switched in 2015 after a degradation of customer service. And upon an emergency in October 2017 that began with a gas leak, I had to take what I could get in a moment’s notice. Our furnace was disassembled two weeks ago and remains that way. No heat and it’s 28 degrees outside today. Every day another excuse about ordered parts, different parts, promised calls back only to never be called back. Never the same person. It’s like calling an offshore IT help desk! And then today. Technician arrived. Heat, finally! Nope. Didn’t bring a drill bit. And had to leave for the next job and that says we’d get a call next week?!?! I have drills, bits, an entire workshop of whatever is needed.  But nada. Parts sit in a box and now I shall rely on Google and YouTube to learn how to do it myself. Readers beware. Don’t bother with this company. They don’t care about you. They don’t care what you and your family are dealing with. They have grown into an unfortunately large company that can no longer care. They are the big box store now. Turn to someone local and small business. Someone who understands your situation and will work around the clock if necessary to get you the fix. I was shammed. This company may have arrived fast when they heard of a gas leak, but really all they did was take my money fast and scam me faster.  Left us high and dry. The Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General are my next two phone calls...

I had quite an urgent repair with my shower. They were available to come out the next morning and the job was quick. The technicians (Milton and partner) were very professional and fixed my issue easily. Thanks so much.
